Enjoy cooking a springtime inspired menu for brunch Easter Brunch Join us as we create the perfect meal to end the week. Although Easter is early this year, we'll still envision the arrival of spring by paying homage to the produce that we always see early in the year. First course will be butter poached shrimp atop spring pea risotto with minted yogurt. Then we'll roast a rack of spring lamb with a silky smooth new potato puree, roasted asparagus and a Moroccan lamb jus.
