Learn to make better-than-bakery cinnamon buns and conquer your fears of sweet yeasted doughs! This hands-on workshop, limited to 12 people, will focus on the things that keep you from tackling making your own cinnamon rolls and spending too much at the bakery or settling for a pop-tube. The common uncertainties of working with this kind of enriched dough will be addressed and you will be able to make your own cinnamon rolls by hand anytime you have a few hours to spare after taking this 2 hour hands-on course.
What you will get in class to make the rolls and take home:
All ingredients to make one recipe of best-ever cinnamon rolls.
Recipe, instructions, and tips & tricks sheet.
A sheet pan, tea towel, parchment, and dentals floss (you'll see why).
What you'll need at home to finish after class:
About 90 minutes for proofing and baking.
An oven.
Oven Mitts/Hot Pad.
Butter Knife or offset spatula for frosting.
This event requires mask wearing. Kids 10+ are welcome with an adult. You may BYOB.
