It charts coffee’s journey from its “birthplace” in Ethiopia to the major commodity it is today, enjoyed by millions of people around the world. This is a Specialty Coffee Association Coffee Skills Program course and is a comprehensive ½ day course that helps students develop a knowledge base and common vocabulary that forms the backbone of the SCA Roasting, Sensory Skills, Brewing, Barista Skills, and Green Coffee Programs, all of which are internationally certified by SCA.
