Annual Awards Banquet With our 2020 Marching Band season behind us, we have set a date for the Awards Banquet. Unfortunately, the banquet will look a little different this year to ensure we are following Covid guidelines. The banquet will be held at the Amphitheater located next to the YMCA on Monday, April 26th. We will begin with dinner at 6:30pm and the Awards portion will begin at approximately 7:30pm. We will be outside so dress appropriately for the weather and bring a lawn chair or blanket to sit on. Dinner is available for purchase from Lee’s and each Dinner Box will include: 3 jumbo breast strips, 2 sides, a biscuit, dessert, sauces, napkins, and utensils. Drinks have been donated and are included for all guests. If there is weather that would affect the banquet the makeup date is May 3, 2021 at the same location and times. Please note, if a refund is requested for any reason, it will be issued for the total paid minus any service fees charged by Eventbrite. All service fee’s are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued after April 1, 2021.
