Class starts at 10am and is an hour vinyasa practice. Miel has a beautiful courtyard and heaters to keep us flowing if its cold. Your ticket gets you into class + a beverage of your choice from Mammoth Espresso or Miel Brewery + taproom! Class size is limited to 15 people. Masks are encouraged for class and must be worn at all times before and after class. Bring your own mat and water. Chelsey will be teaching on 3/6 + 3/27. Hillary will be teaching on 3/13 + 3/20.
