Join us for an over the top "Asian-American" Chef Table experience.
Believe it or not, I grew up a really picky kid. In middle school I befriended a kid whose mother escaped Vietnam during the war. I was so nervous the first time I spent the night at his house. What was Vietnamese food? Was it going to be weird? The meal that night changed my life. The food was a far cry from my mother's Southern and Appalachian cooking. Flavors and textures exploded on my palate. I was in love...still am! Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese...you name it I love it....and I mean I LOVE it. The great part of owning a restaurant is you get to cook the food you want to...and I want to cook my interpretation of some of my favorite Asian dishes.
What you can expect:
Starter: Cabbage Pancake w/ Pickled Shrimp, Bao Buns, Rangoon, Egg Rolls and Spring Rolls, Nigiri, Dumplings
The Feast: Korean Short Ribs, Peking Duck, Thai Sausage, Szechuan Chicken, Koji Filet Mignon
Dessert: Chinatown Trio
In addition to these items our team of Chefs will have surprise dishes and/or courses to enhance the experience. The $250 is a DEPOSIT to secure the table. All food is included in the price of 500.
The table can seat up to 8 guests. Extra guests will not be permitted.
Alcohol and other drinks are not included in the price.
The night of the event you will be charged your remaining balance, drinks, and a 20% gratuity on the table's entire bill.
