Beautiful antique farm property on scenic Old Bay Road in Bolton in search of part-time weekday help with general property management and maintenance. Setting includes farmhouse, several barns including horse barn, small state of the art dog kennel and multiple gardens. This position will involve landscaping, (mowing, weeding, light tree work and seasonal leaf and snow removal), basic kennel and barn chores and possibly light rough carpentry. Hours can be somewhat flexible and will average 20 +/- hours per week with more in the spring and fall and less in midsummer and winter. Occasional help with weekend snow removal required. We are seeking an experienced, mature, responsible individual who enjoys animals, and working outdoors who is looking for a long term position. This would be perfect for a retired or semi-retired person seeking extra income. Excellent working environment and very fair compensation. Must live close to Bolton. References will be required.
