Function/Responsibilities: Primary • Clean and repair office trailers and ground level containers so they are ready to rent • Work under the direction of yard foreman or operations manager • Report low inventory of materials and cleaning supplies to supervisor Secondary • Help maintain grounds, shop and storage containers with supplies in them to keep a safe and hazard free work environment • Report to supervisor when units are clean, repaired and ready for rent • Help drivers to load and unload when needed • Assist in identification and rehab of office and modular buildings that require refurbishing Critical Performance Attributes: must have good attitude and the ability to handle more than one task at a time. Must be dependable and punctual as attendance is critical to daily operation. Requirements: Education High school diploma or equivalent Experience Light carpentry and general labor helpful Certifications Physical Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more consistently. Bend twist, climb ladders and get into awkward positions while maintaining equipment.
