Function/Responsibilities: Primary • Clean and repair office trailers and ground level containers so they are ready to rent • Identify office trailer/modular buildings to rehab to like new condition • Assist in efficient refurb methods including cost analysis for identified units • Refurbishments may include, however are not limited to, exterior “skin” (wood or aluminum, installing new doors, installing new windows, installation of sub floor and vct tile, installation of vinyl covered gypsum board/vinyl covered paneling, roofing, and minor electrical/HVAC/plumbing solutions • Work under the direction of operations foreman and/or operations manager. • Report low inventory of materials and cleaning supplies to supervisor • Assist in development of methods of readying office trailers/modular buildings for leasing period Secondary • Help maintain grounds, shop and storage containers with supplies in them to keep a safe and hazard free work environment • Report to supervisor when units are clean, repaired and ready for rent. • Help drivers to load and unload when needed Critical Performance Attributes: Must have good attitude and the ability to handle more than one task at a time. Must be dependable and punctual as attendance is critical to daily operation. Must assume responsibility for assets going on lease and identify and reduce the need for service calls while on rent.
