I go to a certain venue because I like the atmosphere of the place. There is always a certain group of friends that go to these places and I love to see them and catch up. The band who's playing is usually not the reason I would go to a certain venue. But, if you're a great band like Redneck or Odd Dog, you'll get a great following. If you're a mediocre band like H28 and Heavy, you'll get a decent number of folks stopping in. If you're a sucky band like Auto Electric, good luck.
