We manage a few residential and a small commercial properties for family and 2 associates Looking for a regular assistance with repair /light maintenance work: *IMMEDIATE NEED for: Drywall repair due to roof leak(interior ceiling) and minor carpentry Locations: Men Falls, Brookfield, Waukesha, New Berlin. Prefer experience in painting, light carpentry, drywall, minor plumbing, light electrical work, gutter repair, possible tile work but not critical. Must have own tools. Materials provided as needed...A gift card will be provided to buy most materials. Avg of 5+ hours per week, more hours available for non-urgent projects.. Bonus paid after 2 mos and 4 mos of work. Pay is negotiable..... paid weekly --$20-25/hr min cash, up to $30/hr based on job/experience No 1099 will be issued. Must have own transportation--so valid license needed. To be considered, PLEASE Provide: 1-- Brief resume/overview of experience..and where employed full time now. 2-- Indicate if you are open for daytime work OR only available after 3pm /eves/weekends. 3--How many hours per week you would like to work. 4--Phone number and best time to call for brief review.
