Production Labor Help

I am in need of some help with the labor of fulfilling orders and packaging them as they come in. The main task is going to be weeding vinyl off the printed design for the orders being sent out, packaging and labeling the orders. It requires no experience whatsoever to be good at this task but it does take someone with the following capabilities. 1) Attention to Detail is very important, as every order is different than the last but all the same process once the skill set is learned. 2) Be Hard working and efficient with time as there is a quota that needs to be reached and orders need to go out the same day. 3) Quick Learner and most importantly very reliable. I work from home because of everything going on with Covid so for the time being you would be coming to my place Monday-Friday 11am-3pm with the option to work weekends if you want additional hours and there is tasks that need to be done. Because of Covid you will need to be comfortable wearing a mask while working unless I'm not in the office with you and then you will be free to take mask off. Due to the the unique acquired skill set that is associated with the job duties the first few days will be a trial period to see if you pick up the job easily and its the right fit. Then we can move forward for a more permanent schedule. You will be paid for the trial period regardless if you are hired longer term. This is a part time position of around 20-25 hours a week but can easily turn into more hours if I find the right person that is a benefit to my business and is willing to grow and learn new tasks as you develop.
