ME Real Estate is a growing property management company looking for general contractors. We have branches in 5 cities and plans for expansions here in Cincinnati. We are a real estate company that focuses on property management. Our company is constantly buying and selling buildings. We currently manage over 500 units in the greater Cincinnati area as well. We primarily have residential buildings with a few commercial store fronts and strip malls. So needless to say we are constantly in need of contractors to keep up with the demand we have to either renovate a property completely or do quick unit turns. Our projects can range from $100,000 full renovation to $500 unit turns. I'm currently looking for crews of multiple people for our larger projects and a few independent contractors for our smaller turns as well. I'm looking for people that can complete projects start to finish from floors to ceilings. I do not like to segment jobs to different people so having a variety of skills is extremely beneficial. -Plumbing and electrical experience is a must. -Flooring experience helpful ( we install easy to use overlapping adhesive vinyl tiles that any competent contractor will have the skills to do) -Framing, drywall and painting skills needed as well -General knowledge in all phases of construction. Anything that requires a master plumber/electrician etc.... we outsource accordingly. I have jobs ready to start today for the right people. I look forward to hearing from you!
