Description

As a Maintenance Technician you would be responsible for a variety of semi-skilled repair work, grounds upkeep, and cleaning duties within the facility. You are also responsible for performing fire alarm tests to meet all code requirements and keeping the facility up to date on all fire inspections. Detailed responsibilities include, but are not limited to; Snow removal and grounds upkeep duties Painting duties Minor electrical and plumbing equipment repairs Operate mechanical equipment Assists residents with move ins and move outs High school diploma and 3 years experience in a maintenance or mechanical role including carpentry, electrical, painting, and plumbing duties is required. Vocational training or other education is preferred and may be considered in lieu of experience. Hours: 8 hour day shifts, Monday-Friday. Evening and weekend on call rotation is required.
