Need someone to repair and level subfloor area in kitchen. Water damage and we had to pull up area of flooring under vinyl flooring. Need someone to cut out remaining edges as there was multiple layers. Need to lay solid subfloor wood to level to surrounding flooring in prep for us to replace matching area flooring vinyl later. Very small job. Please provide reasonable quote. Looking to have done today.
