3d Printer help needed!

I have a CR-10 3d printer and I can not seem to get it working can anyone help me, do it for me or tell me a good place I can take it. I will pay anyone who is successful in getting it setup I already got an auto leveling sensor and a new piece of glass for the bed. I do not know how to add the new firmware to the printer for the auto leveling sensor and I also don't know how to get the first layer of my parts to stick to the glass. Any one think they can fix it be my guest.
