I have a 1600 sq home built in 1978 that I have started to remodel but my work load and personal life keeps me from completing. I have done the small bathroom in the master, need another small bath finished that I have already gutted, 3 bdrms, (working on one) small laundry rm, kitchen, dining rm, and living rm.
