Both, I make way more than 15, I paid way more than 15! 15 is just enough to live! It want give you an enjoyable life. Not in this Country. 35 Hours, 30 days double paid vacation, really affordable healthcare, paid sick time and 15$ per hour meets basic needs. If your business leaves you 300,000 net, make it 200,000 you make a decent life and your employees too. What about this? Or do you think that you need to make Millions while your employees don't know how to make month end? Tax progressively, the more you make the more you pay. This will help Employers to invest in their own companies (tax free investments includes but not limited to decent salaries) close the income gap, keeps people out of trouble. I only see benefits.
