Structural engineers please volunteer

I am looking for a couple volunteers to do some charity work as I cannot afford to pay your normal rates. What I need is a few minutes of your time to inspect or examine the structural integrity of a home located in Tarrant County Texas, City of Fort Worth at 3*** R**** C**** Drive 76140. I do not actually need a report filled out or filed at this time just your expertise and your opinions. What you will be looking at are the effects of radio frequency devices or weapons when used improperly or intentionally to cause physical harm and property damage. What I know is someone has been in our attic and has moved things around, it looks as though some of the rafters are now fitted with a splint (have an extra board on each side of the rafter). I noticed fresh saw dust or wood shavings next to some of the rafters. The rafters themselves appear to have been drilled of bored and wood filler or putty added to fill the holes before being sanded smooth and soaped or stained to hide the work. These spots now appear to be burned like they got extremely hot.
