We are a recovery home in historic Irvington, with a large converted duplex built in 1921 with about 10 animal loving guys! We recently lost our last dog, who we loved and took great care of. With 10 guys in the house there is always someone home to walk, feed, play with and generally love on a pup and with all our different schedules there is even someone up almost 24 hours a day, so it is a great home for any rescue with separation anxiety or general need for attention. We do have a cat who got along great with our previous dog. We are not picky but we would like a bigger dog that enjoys walks and getting outside. We are right off the Pennsy Trail and it is also just great to walk a dog through all the historic homes and to outdoor events like First Friday Music Fridays. We are are a great home full of really good guys trying to better our lives together, and a new dog would really help lift all of our spirits just like our last dog did.
