GWA creates a supportive environment for employers who want to do the right thing for their workers, the economy, and the environment. We’ve established our “Dine With Confidence" agreement to keep staff and guests safe. We provide small businesses with access to low-cost health care and counseling options for their staff and a community of business owners to share resources and support. GWA has been instrumental in supporting those in need in Austin as well as generating income for restaurants during the pandemic, and then even more after the ice storm, and we are excited to be able to do something to raise awareness of them and give back. CHEFS:  Award-winning Executive Chef Janelle Reynolds creates vibrantly healthy dishes mixed with American comfort foods and a slice of Texas flare in your home away from home at Rosedale Kitchen and Bar. Rosedale Kitchen and Bar is now open for dine-in and patio service; happy hour, dinner, and brunch — Tuesday thru Sunday. Somewhere between family cookouts with his mother’s family and raising and cooking turtles and rabbits with his father’s, the diverse ethnic food scene in Dallas filled in the gaps of Duplechan’s early passion for food, eventually leading him to open Lenoir with his wife Jessica Maher in 2012. Duplechan has collaborated on multiple other projects in and around Texas, including Vixen's Wedding, The Switch, and Youngblood's Fried Chicken. When not at work, Duplechan spends his time with his boys, Remy and Hollis, fixing trucks, fishing, and cooking lots of delicious food. You can follow Lenoir @lenioratx Lenoir  |  1807 South First Street  |  www.LenoirRestaurant.com  Chef Tavel Bristol-Joseph is the Pastry Chef and Partner at Emmer & Rye, Hestia, Kalimotxo, Henbit, and TLV in Austin, TX.
