Shevlin Sand and Gravel is currently hiring a full-time loader operator for our location in NW Bend. Job duties include: *Operation of CAT 938G front-end wheel loader to load-out homeowners and landscapers (smaller trucks and dump-trailers). *Assure all safety policies and procedures are followed. *Basic maintenance of equipment. *Other duties assigned as needed. Qualifications include but are not limited to: *Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience *Ability to safely and efficiently operate equipment. *Ability to communicate effectively with customers and fellow employees. *Ability to maintain positive interactions under stressful situations. *Ability to perform basic equipment maintenance and reporting needed repairs. *Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
