Hiring experience painters. Must be reliable, responsible, with good work ethic. Must come prepared to work- have its own tools for work (such as brush/roller, caulking gun etc..) Must pass background check! experience required: create a daily plan and follow it to be productive. must know how to power wash must know how to prep (caulking, masking, cover floors) must know how to cut and roll with a brush and roller. must know how to spray.
