Blonde in tights at Sculpture Park

I was the guy walking dogs with my work friend. You were out for a walk in the sculpture park and I spotted you a few times. At one point you stopped to get a closer look at a tree. You had on a pair of black tights/leggings, and I believe a white t-shirt. I saw you again later hauling a painting near Elliott Ave or Western Ave. I was in my car or would have offered to help! Would love to take a walk and chat.
