Female headlocks and chokes young male

At 123 5th St se at the doorstep of ITC Midwest sometime after 11pm maybe around 1130pm. a female was assaulting a male while telling him she loves him... She started by putting him in a headlock then subduing him. I started to record since it's in public and I have the right to do so. I was then threatened by the female to stop or she would do it for me... I have that threat recorded. I'm considering filing charges. I have your picture. Better shave that ugly hair :-P
