Install wiring harness - 1977 Jeep Wagoneer

Looking for a competent electrical technician with a knowledge of old cars to install a wiring harness in a 1977 Jeep Wagoneer and get it running. It ran before the harness replacement attempt. I just bought it from the guy who tore out the old harness and just began the replacement, then lost interest in the tedium. Have you installed wiring harnesses? Are you trained?
