We are a small roofing company in north Texas.. We did 1million in sales last year our first year in business. ( We will show our numbers ) Small family team we worked hurricane Laura and delta in south Texas last year. Currently we have incoming leads as well as areas that needs to be worked.. We do cash deals as well as insurance claims. We work the entire Texas for now and parts of Oklahoma. We are insured and licensed as well. What we are looking for Our roofing company was started because we worked with a another roofing company for a few years and we did not like the way the treated customers and did not pay us as well as the roofers themselves. Using bad low end shingles etc. We wanted to make a difference while doing a great job. Our customers loves us and we do things the right way. We pay on time and we will never ever owe you on your commissions.. This is a new position for the company so we are looking for someone with ideas and wants to work with a small growing company while making a great income. We will never over promise and under deliver. If you have ideas and looking for a sales position to grow with this is your company. If you are looking to grow with a small business this is the company. Our ideal candidate will be familiar with a performance and commission based position. Xactimate experience is a plus. Not afraid of heights Access to drone ( can be provided ) Must have a truck and a ladder ( in the future we will be providing ) Familiar with the structure of a roof and what facilitates a good or a bad roof. You must be able to identify wind and hail damage. Must be able to travel far distances to close a deal. Current areas that we are working are whitesboro and Justin Texas.
