Laundry Warehouse Job Description | Customer Service Attendant We are looking for a Part Time Laundry Attendant at our Linden, NJ location who can provide top tier customer service while ensuring store operations are in compliance with the guidelines set by Laundry Warehouse. Required Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication skills Ability to work efficiently within a team as well as independently Easily identify and solve customer issues in a timely manner Ability to pay close attention to detail Outgoing and easily approachable Basic math skills Bilingual is a plus Main Duties: To create a positive customer service experience and provide an efficient and effective service to customers Process customer purchases through POS system, ensure application of discounts and promotions are applied correctly Maintaining exceptional store cleanliness including all customer areas, laundry equipment, vending equipment, folding tables, laundry carts, customer seating areas, floors and inside/outside store entrances Provide assistance to customers should an incident occur, seeking guidance in line with company policies Provide wash and fold services for customers *Disclaimer: The skills and/ or job duties stated above are to be used only as guidelines to provide a general idea of the position.
