HVAC Service Technicians Our HVAC service technicians are skilled heating and cooling professionals with experience in both residential and light commercial settings. Our technicians must have a detailed knowledge of working with air conditioning, furnaces (both gas and electric), heat pumps, and more. Must have at least five years’ experience working in the HVAC field professionally Must have a valid NJ driver’s license Must be willing to submit to a comprehensive background check and drug screening Must have your own ToolsTroubleshoot, diagnose and repair residential/commercial equipment-Salary up to $40 per hour, sales bonuses, paid time off, holiday pay, vacation pay + full benefits.HVAC Installers & Helpers HVAC installers are skilled technicians with a knack for figuring out the puzzle of installing new heating and cooling equipment. Installers must be creative problem solvers who are tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and who never settle for less than perfection when it comes to doing a job right. Must have at least five years’ experience working in the HVAC field professionallyMust have a valid NJ driver’s license Must be willing to submit to a comprehensive background check and drug screening  Installation/replacement of residential/commercial equipmen-Salary up to $40 per hour, sales bonuses, paid time off, holiday pay, vacation pay + full benefits. *HVAC installation helpers are not required to have previous professional experience, but we do strongly prefer candidates who have received a trade school certificate in the field of heating and cooling.
