Male Guinea Pig in need of home

Hello, I have a male guinea pig, roughly a year in age named Chip. I have already have two female guinea pigs that I cannot place him with as he is not neutered. As any responsible and educated guinea pig owner would know Guinea Pigs are highly social animals that need companions and I, unfortunately, do not have space for him or another boar, the girl's cage already takes up a lot of space, and adding another separate properly sized cage just wouldn't work, he is already in a tiny cage (one of those Kaytee which is way to small for even one guinea pig) and it's just not fair to him That being said I am not going to give him to just anyone. I would like him to go to a home with people who have experience with other guinea pigs, someone who has a male herd, or that can give him a spayed female as a friend or that can get him neutered if that is possible so he can be introduced into a female herd. He is an extremely friendly guinea pig and is very friendly towards other guinea pigs (He has met other piggies and gone on Guinea pig playdates) and people, he is a big snuggle bug. His removing free is 30 dollars but I am willing to negotiate if you give me proof you have guinea pigs for him and have an appropriate cage.
