In Need of Landscaper

Hi! I am in urgent need of an experienced landscaper to completely regrow my lawn from scratch. I am not sure what the process entails but I need it to be replaced with either patches or simply dig out the old grass and weeds and replant from scratch. Basically a new law in the front, side, and back of the house. I have a limited budget so please only respond if you can negotiate a reasonable price for this project. It would be great if you also own a pressure washer to wash the front of the house and driveway! Thank you
