Description
Local property management company is looking to hire a full time 40hrs per week grounds keeper/maintenance worker for a large condominium community.
Duties will include grounds cleanup, trimming shrubs, operate equipment such as a back pack blower, weed eater, snow thrower, minor painting, and other duties. Must be ambitious, a team player, good attitude and wanting to advance. Must have a vehicle and a valid Nevada drivers license.
Must be on call for emergencies and snow removal.
