This position will start as an independent contractor with potential to grow into hourly employee with benefits. We are seeking hard workers with strong moral values who will respect the properties and provide a phenomenal clean. What we are looking for: • Attention to detail • Wiling to go the extra mile • Respectful and careful with residences • Team oriented • Hard working • Dedicated • Flexible • Willing to work weekends • Reliable transportation • English required • Proof of legal status • Ability to stand, reach, squat and bend for hours at a time Experience is preferable but not required. Job duties: • Maintain spotless residences • Provide a full clean with attention to details including wiping down all surfaces and appliances, dusting, full kitchen cleaning, full bathroom cleaning, floors, windows, outdoor spaces as required • Occasional laundry • Remove trash from home and place in assigned receptacle • Document any damage to property and report to manager Starting part time. $20/hour with potential to immediately increase to $25/hour. Hours vary. Background check may be required.
