Join us for a socially distanced four course dinner with four beverage pairings that complement each dish and bring out flavor combinations that will delight your taste buds.
Our chef, Ryan Allen, and Jaquan Bowser from Durham Distillery will explain the highlights of each dish and the magic behind the flavor combinations.
For your first course,
Beet Cured Salmon paired with Aquavit Highball
For your second course,
Grilled Shrimp paired with a Smokey Martini
For your third course,
Curry Braised Lamb paired with an Indian Gin and Tonic
For your fourth course,
Caramel Flan paired with a Rum and Coffee Old Fashioned
Weather permitting, we will hold the event outdoors on our patio. If it is raining or cold, it will be in the Barrister's dining room.
