Carpenters & Carpenter helpers needed for our company. We are renovating Airbnb homes and other projects. Carpenter must/ should - have a minimum of 5 years experience - experienced at framing, sheetrock, doors, windows, trim, flooring, etc. - have own hand tools - be a self-starter, motivated, able to problem solve and work independently - be able to complete projects in a clean and timely manner - work well with others Carpenter helper must - have 1-3 years of experience - have own hand tools - be willing to learn a trade and take direction Transportation and a clean driver's license are a must. Pay rate based on experience/knowledge.
