Blind CAT missing !!!

Please help. Our cat Rudy got out last night, he is COMPLETELY blind. We have no idea how he got out. Checked everywhere in the house so we assume he escaped. We last seen him around 11 pm last night. We are in CHICO on notre Dame Blvd. He is not shy, and will come to you. Please message or call if you see him. Thanks.
