Property Management company that is focused on providing the highest level of quality service to its residents is currently seeking a hands-on, exceptional and highly motivated Full time maintenance technician Must have 5+ years of maintenance experience. Must provide detailed work experience with contact names and phone numbers. Skills needed: • General Knowledge of; o Electric o Plumbing o HVAC o Appliance repairs o Lock repairs o Janitorial tasks Duties/ include • performing daily work orders • turnovers/rehabs • basic electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs Requirements: • Strong Communication skills- written and oral. • Valid CT drivers license with a clean driving record. • Background check and periodic drug screenings will be required. • Must be able to multi task and work independently. • Reliable, detail oriented and 100 %trust worthy. Position requires travel to various properties along the shoreline.
