Customer Service Training + Certification is a (4 part) 20 hour interactive work readiness and customer service skills building training which aims to instruct and prepare workers in retail and allied industries to gain employment, build business skills and position themselves to advance rewarding careers.
Students who successfully complete the training will receive certification from LaGuardia Community College Small Business Development Center.
3/22-3/25: Monday - Thursday (12-5:30 PM)
Visual Merchandising Training (FREE) + Certification is a 20 hour (4-part) interactive training on retail industry basics of Visual Merchandising including fundamentals, techniques, job requirements and much more.
Students who successfully complete the training will receive certification from the Retail Action Project.
Requirements:
Ability to join training online using the Zoom App
A phone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer with video
Writing materials (paper, pen, pencils)
