Looking for experienced subcontractors work on various jobs throughout central New Hampshire. Experience in high end residential construction preferred, ranging from framing to cedar roofing to custom finish. Scope of work may include shop work for custom millwork and cabinetry for the right person. Will work with an existing crew, completing tasks in a timely manner, with professionalism and a high level of quality. Must be organized and forward thinking, able to self-manage your time, be able to think on your feet, and work within job guidelines. We are looking for someone over the long term to join our established and experienced crew, with work scheduled out for at least the next year. We promote a safe and positive work environment. Requirements: • Ability to work in unique situations and have a very hands-on approach to problem solving. • Must be able to think on your feet and take pride in craftsmanship. • Must have valid driver license and reliable transportation. • Must have Appropriate insurance, including auto (more details available at initial conversation). • Must provide own hand tools and be willing to contribute power tools as needed. • Must be flexible to travel within central NH.
