We've provided excellent service to the Birmingham and surrounding area for residential and commercial properties, for over 27 years. We work 4 days a week (Monday through Thursday; 10 hour). Opportunity to grow with the company. Benefits Include: IRA, Health Insurance, Vision, Sick/Holiday Must Have Valid Drivers License. Compensation is based on experience. Responsibilities and Duties: Basic Construction Knowledge to Include: Reading/Comprehension of Blue Prints & Grading Plans, Job Site Management, Skid Steer/Excavator Operations, Comprehension of Construction Techniques for Retaining Walls, Patio, Monument & Driveway Installation, Organized, Team Player, Sod/Plant Identification, Dependable, Detail Oriented, Experience a Must! Qualifications and SkillS: Machine Operator: Skid Steer/Excavator, Must be at least 21 years old, Minimum 5 years experience, Bilingual is a Plus, Must have valid/clear driving record/license
