Cairo has been forced to live outside since birth. He is fed by a homeowner but he won't go inside the house. Recently fixed and got a rabies shot. Owner doesn't have finances to keep him. He does not bit, scratch or hiss; he's just untrusting of new people. He'd make a good farm/barn cat. Rehoming fee of $25. We deliver.
