Hill Rental Properties is currently looking for hard working individuals who enjoy working outside and take pride in their work to join our yard crew team. Duties include daily property upkeep, snow removal, trash clean up, tree trimming, mowing lawns, spraying weeds, cleaning up parking lots, moving appliances, cleaning out apartments, cleaning carpets, and other duties as assigned. Experience: Operating and maintaining lawn mowers, trimmers, and related equipment Manual transmissions At least 1 year of similar work experience preferred. Majority of duties will be outdoors and will require lifting and carrying at least 60 lbs. Must be able to climb stairs regularly. Applicants must be able to pass a criminal background check, must have a valid drivers license, clean driving record and be insurable. Tools and vehicles are provided. Work hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Job is full-time during the summer and part-time during the school year. Begins immediately and ends late August or early September, with possibility of continued part-time work.
