Starting wage for Crew Leads is $18 an hour with a raise to $20 an hour for those that return after the off season. We do offer supplemental health insurance. Season starts first week in May and ends in October depending on weather. Job duties and requirements include: Seal Coat Crew Lead: • Seal coat sprayer. Applying sealcoat to a paved surface with a spray wand, squeegee and or brush. • Ensuring the cleanliness of the jobsite and that there is no property damage. (overspray on buildings, cars, curbs/sidewalks etc.) • Managing a crew and ensuring that the job meets company standards. • Driving company trucks. • Backing up various trailers. • Keeping the company vehicles clean. • Have the ability to recognize and correct any equipment or product issues in the field with limited supervision. • Have the ability to pass a drug test. • Be able to lift 50+ lbs. Cleaning crew lead: • Managing a crew in charge of cleaning driveways and parking lots for the sealcoat team. • Using various small machines and tools to complete the job. • Cleaning and filling the cracks in asphalt. • Making sure jobs are done in a timely manner and meet company standards. • Driving company trucks and keeping them clean. • Backing up various trailers. • Have the ability to recognize and correct any equipment or product issues in the field with limited supervision. • Have the ability to pass a drug test. • Be able to lift 50+ lbs. Asphalt stripping crew lead: • Managing a crew in charge of measuring out chalking and painting parking stalls on parking lots. • Keeping equipment clean and running smoothly. • Have the ability to recognize and correct any equipment or product issues in the field with limited supervision. • Backing various sized trailers. • Driving company trucks and keeping them clean. • Have the ability to pass a drug test. • Be able to lift 50+ lbs.
