Our company is currently seeking a reliable and responsible individual to fill the roll of Maintenance Technician for our local properties. The ideal candidate will undertake the responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of premises, will be dependable, thorough, pay attention to detail, can stay focused on tasks that need to be completed, work in a fast paced environment, have the ability to multi-task, is self motivated and can work independently. Responsibilities include but not limited to: • Completion of make ready units • Work orders for occupied units • Full or touch up paint • Carpentry • Clean and maintain the pool • Daily grounds clean up • Preform general repairs when necessary Skills necessary for the position: • Desire experience as maintenance technician or field experience • Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, painting, and other related to apartment maintenance • Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods • Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices • Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills, team player, reliable and dependable • Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime (if needed) • High school diploma or equivalent Electrical and plumbing experience is necessary.
