We are looking for a hardworking handyman maintenance Technician who can grow with us. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, detail oriented and adaptable with superior customer service skills. Key Responsibilities: -Complete work orders and make apartments ready for move-ins in a timely and efficient manner. -Be available to respond to emergency phone calls during weekday evenings and weekends. -General Maintenance technician duties for building and apartment maintenance Requirements: -Valid Driver's License required -Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. required and other physical requirements -Furnish own hand tools -At least one year experience as a maintenance technician -Experience in various areas of painting, electrical, heating, plumbing, appliance, or general repairs -Random drug screening and criminal background check required.
