Looking for a welder and someone and/or crew to finish this build

Hi, I have I have a flat pak disassembled studio and foundation already laid. My contractor has family issues and had to suddenly leave the area. There are a few things left to do: It's about 75% done Interior finishes including hanging the remaining 3 small windows, half of the ceiling has drywall and the subfloor is installed. The roof needs to be welded and the rails installed along with the 3 frames and top canopy, the roof deck laid, the solar panel mounted and connect to the solar genarator/storage and the skins for the sides. All caulking and the deck needs to be finished, among a few other things thank you pay negotiable
