Local property rental company looking to hire a handyman asap to help with our property management. The hours will be very part time but can increase in the upcoming months. You can work day or night, at your convenience and will mostly be taking care of minor punch list items at 1-3 properties per month in town. Looking for someone who can install doorknobs and locks, declog toilets, knows how to do minor home repairs, and is able to do some moving and lifting.
