We need a good painter that can paint the front and the back of our school and couple of rooms inside who's price is moderate. We offer around 1000$ negotiable (for the painting). You must have extensive experience in painting and, in the contract, we give ourselves the right to stop the painting if it is not satisfactory.
We also need a handyman who knows construction and electricity. If you are only a handyman and not a painter, we still would like to have your service. If you are a painter and not a handyman, we would like very much to work with you as well. If you are both and good for both, we would like to hear from you.
We need to rebuild a gazebo and we need minor electric help.
