RESTORATION TECHNICIAN Locally owned, national property restoration franchise (handling fire, water, smoke & mold damage remediation / restoration to residential & commercial properties), seeks a Restoration Technician in the Bakersfield area. IICRC, etc. training & certificated in water, fire, smoke & mold a PLUS. Daily Activities: • Removal of damaged materials from residential and commercial properties. • Use of industry related equipment and mechanical tools. • Following written and verbal directives. Skills: • Ability to demonstrate knowledge of industry standards. • Competent in documentation of work performed. • Ability to operate related equipment and mechanical tools • Knowledge and competence in basic construction skills Attitude: • Strong work ethic, reliable, trustworthy, and friendly. • Display a willingness to learn new skills and systems. • Work as a team player or individually. • Seek training and direction Location: Bakersfield Hours: Hours Vary PT/FT, On-Call Wage: $15.05-$23.21 BOE Benefits: Paid Vacation and Holidays; Bonus Plan Other: Must have CLEAN DMV record and pass BACKGROUND CHECK “We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
