We have an unfurnished private room with a closet in a large amazing house in Petaluma. Occupant shares a bathroom with 1 other person for $900 not including utilities ($50-$70 per month).  The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, a reading room, living room, kitchen, garage, backyard with garden (and hot tub), washer and dryer. There are 5 roommates total plus 1 cat. Sorry no more pets. We have diverse schedules and commonly it seems as if only 1 or 2 of us are at home. We view our place as a house share not a room rental. The house is already furnished but we could accommodate some small furniture. The house is mixed guys and ladies in their late 20s - 40s who have diverse careers. We are a quiet yet social bunch. There is a nice balance between chatting and hanging out on occasion while keeping to ourselves. This is also a non-smoking household (light 420 ok) and no strong smells like incense. We’re looking for a chill, responsible, and respectful person in our age range who is looking for a place to call home.
